Our process generates leads for your dental surgery by starting with a series of questions to find out what type of customers will drive your growth and what services are your most profitable.

Once this is done, we set up highly targeted ad campaigns that appear when the type of customers you are looking for search for information about the dental services you offer. The campaigns feature great ad copy that encourage clicks and high-converting landing pages. We also devise lead generation funnel processes that get the customers you want to contact you, and not the ones you don’t.

Leads start to be generated as soon as you campaign goes live. It takes around 7 to 14 days to set up your campaign and complete your onboarding.

Once you’re all set up we work with you to increase the leads you receive by optimising your campaign, which will improve the quality of the leads you receive and cut your cost per lead. It takes a minimum of 3 months for us to gather the data and insights we need to fully optimise your campaign, and we recommend 3 to 6 months at least.

When you buy dental service leads from a third-party you often receive leads that are also being sold to your competitors. This means that you may not even make contact with the prospect before your competitors or if you do, they will only be interested in the cheapest, rather than the best, services that you offer.

Even where leads are exclusive, they have still been generated by a third-party company who has no real interest in whether or not your dental surgery is a success. You may also find that it is much more difficult to refine the types of leads you receive.

As you aren’t buying leads, but are instead using a lead generation programme, if the initial leads you receive aren’t quite right it’s relatively simple to adjust your campaign.

With the information you give us and with information on your budget, we can agree a lead target with you. Your leads will improve across the first 2 or 3 months, with a view to hit your lead target in month 3. If we don’t, we give you a month of sour services for free*.

You’ll receive your leads via the same mechanism as you get leads at the moment. That could be to your phone lines, to your email inbox or to your CRM system if you have one. We can also set up a CRM if you’d like one.

Leads are managed via your personal dashboard. This tracks all leads and lets you see submitted forms, missed calls and live chat. You can also use this to add customer data and customer journey information.

The only limits to how many leads you can generate are your budget and your ability to handle the leads you get.

We will work with you, some services have fewer searches than others, but for most there are thousands of searches every month.
